Is there a special rate for guest rooms?

The hotel offers a 10% discount toward guest rooms, as well as a complimentary suite for the bride and groom the night of the reception.

What does the room rental include?

Room rental includes linen, table settings, glassware, beveled edge mirrors for the center of the table, 2 votive candle holders with white candles, bartenders and cake cutting (not serving – see general policies).  There is no additional fee to set up and clean up these items.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is the room rental cost.  Friday night reception $700.  Saturday night reception $1000 (except where specials apply).

Can I bring in my own cake?

Yes. The cake needs to come from a licensed baker only.

Do you offer specials for hosting the rehearsal dinner or gift opening?

Contact the Sales Department directly but we do have specials for rehearsal dinners and discounts for gift opening.

Can we bring in our own food or own caterer?

Our facility handles all food and beverage in our state of the art kitchen!  Our licensing doesn’t permit outside food from being brought onsite.

When can we decorate the room?

The room is guaranteed to be ready for decorating on Saturday by 8am.  Earlier access to the room is based on availability.

Do the Bride and Groom receive a complimentary bridal suite?

Yes.  That reservation is taken care of by the Sales Department.

What time does the reception have to end?

Music and alcohol will end at midnight.

Can we bring in gifts for our guests staying overnight in the hotel?

Yes.  The gifts will be distributed by our staff accordingly.

When can I book my wedding?

Weddings can be booked starting January 1st of the year prior to reception date.  For example, if you want to book March 2011 you can book that date starting January 1st of 2010.

Does the hotel provide any type of decorations?

The hotel can provide a beveled edge mirror and 2 votive candle holders with white candles for each table.

Is there a tasting to attend?

We offer 2 tasting a year (fall and spring).  As those dates are chosen (at least a month in advance) the information is set to all brides who have booked future dates.  The tasting allows for the group to chose their 3 top entree choices.  We then compile all the choices of the attendees and prepare the top 12-15 entrees.  The cost is $11.95 per person and there is no limit to how many people can attend.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 24 hours prior to the event.

Does the hotel cut and serve cake?

The hotel staff will cut cake and set it out around the cake table at no additional fee (included with room rental).
